Diggity

A digging game where everything falls, flows or burns. Dig down, sell the ore, buy a bigger drill, go back down.

About

Sixteen biomes down, the ore gets richer and the caves get meaner. Haul what you find back up, sell it, spend it on the drill. At the core sits the Heartstone. Take it and the world comes down behind you. There's always another one.

  • Sand, water, lava, gas and oil are all simulated, and they all get into each other. Pour water on lava and you get a floor.
  • Fire is real. It runs along oil, jumps through spores and finds the gas pocket you forgot about.
  • The world keeps your mess. Tunnels, emptied veins and burnt-out caves stay that way between dives.
  • No air under water or in gas. Twelve seconds, give or take.
  • Deep down, gates open onto dungeons, and a warden waits at the bottom of each.
  • When digging is too slow, there's dynamite.
